this past week has been crazy. im not even going to tell the CES story yet. mostly cuz its long and i have to post pictures to go with it.

last night i got home and there was a loaner bed set up in my apartment! i didnt even know it was gonna be there. id gotten home at like 8p. there were 2 boxes outside my door too.. a roomba, and some lotions from bath & body works.

my roomba is charging right now. i have to pick up my place enough to start running it. it will eat cords and drag clothes so i have to figure something out.

id been fighting with the mattress people all week cuz i was supposed to get mine monday and ive been sleeping on the floor for a bit. so since it was delayed again i asked for a loaner mattress. im just real suprised i actually got one. one of the old display models of one of the low-end ones.

Sergio's back from Uruguay (work sergio) and brought us crazy imported cookies. yum =) alfrodes or something. We had free lunch cuz me, Paul, and sergio went to some VW display thing and they were giving out food. I decided that the jetta gli looked cool and that i miss my beetle. the gti i couldnt find cupholders for hte driver on (beetles got 6 of them) so that annoyed me ;)

exhausted, i was waiting for the bus to get to work. the one i normally take didnt show up, so i was standing around for 45 mins pretty much. This random guy on a bike starts talking to me, and it turns out he's a grafitti artist named flip, whose artwork i'd actually seen around LA for a long time. He promised to teach me! yay! Then at lunch, everyone was too busy to hang out, so I was down in the commisarry and started hanging out with someone random who works on our floor. Turns out he's an actor who's been in a few things, and does art too! Cool =) think his name was mikael..

Bunny and Dan came over after work and dropped off a bunch of presents, and we met up with Flip again. I showed Flip some photoshop stuff and packed up to go up to Orange County, since that afternoon I'd randomly decided I needed more adventure and would go out to see Remy, who I was missing a ton. But in the midst of packing, I'd missed the bus I needed, (i forget how long it takes me to get outside and out there) so we sped-walked out to the subway station, hopped on a subway, RAN across union station to buy my ticket and i made it on the train like 3 mins before it was supposed to leave. i was totally freaking out about missing it though. but it was all worth it cuz i got to cuddle with remy all night (aww)

works been insane the past couple days too, so thats why ive been a lot more unresponsive than normal. i think im still tired from CES.

im happy when im randomly making friends like this. i guess im still sorta in convention-mode :)

trying to go home so i can telecommute
but every time i do something simple stuff breaks and i cant leave yet
